What the project form collects
The project form asks for your community, the concern you’ve noticed and a callback number. A name, project stage and further details are optional. When you send a request, it is stored in this site’s lead database and passed to a local marine contractor so they can contact you about the project. Interactive planning tools keep their working state in your browser unless you choose to include a summary with a request. Do not enter sensitive personal information.
Sharing and your consent
The consent shown with the form describes the sharing: your request and contact details may be shared with a partner contractor so they can contact you about the project. A request is sent only after you check that consent. The retention section below explains how long a request is kept.
Control what you share
In a request, include only information needed to discuss the waterfront project. Avoid identification documents, account credentials or unrelated personal records. Use redacted copies when an address, parcel reference or plan excerpt is sufficient.
Official resources and downloads
Agency links open services operated by those agencies under their own policies. A planning download is a copy of your project notes, not a submitted application or an appointment. The referral disclosure explains the service’s role.
Retention and the current form
Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.
