Help with your seawall project·Upper Keys
Key Largo & the Upper Keys

Our role in your project

Clear responsibilities help you know who is giving information, who is proposing work and who is accountable for the finished project.

Information and introductions

Upper Keys Seawall provides project guidance and contractor referrals. We help you prepare for conversations about your waterfront; the professional you hire assesses the property, proposes the work and carries out the agreed repair. Agencies and insurers make their own permitting and coverage decisions.

Your professional, your contract

You are responsible for selecting a provider and reviewing its license, qualifications, insurance, written scope and terms. Work is contracted separately with that provider. A request does not guarantee availability, an inspection, a permit result, a price or a completion date.

Referral compensation

The service may receive compensation for a contractor introduction when a referral arrangement exists. Any applicable arrangement and sharing terms should be explained before you decide.

Permission to share a request

The request form explains that your project and contact details may be shared with a partner contractor so they can discuss the requested work with you. A request is sent only after you check that consent and press send.

No government affiliation

Links to Monroe County, Islamorada, Florida DEP, NOAA, USACE and other official resources do not imply endorsement or affiliation. The named authorities decide their requirements. Read the editorial standards for source and review practices.
